    The purpose of research (1) examine the contribution of learning facilities, classroom climate, and parent support to learning motivation,(2) examine the contribution of learning motivation to mathematics learning outcomes mathematics, (3) examine the contribution of learning facilities, classroom climate, and parent support on learning outcomes mathematics indirectly through learning motivation. This type of research is based on a quantitative approach. The study population is 181 students class XI of SMP Muhammadiyah Surakarta 1. The sample of 125 students study was determined by formula slovin. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The data collection techniques with used questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study (1) learning facilities, classroom climate, and parental support contributed simultaneously to learning motivation with (α = 0.05). Partially, the learning facility directly affects the learning motivation by 19,6249%. Climate class directly does not affect the learning motivation of 1.5376%. Parental support directly affects learning motivation of 4.4521%. (2) learning motivation contributes to learning outcomes mathematics with (α = 0,05). (3) learning facilities, classroom climate, and parental support contributed simultaneously to the learning outcomes of mathematics through learning motivation with α = 0.05). Partially, learning facilities contribute directly to learning outcomes mathematics and indirectly contribute positively to learning motivation. Classroom climate contributes directly to learning outcomes mathematical and indirectly contributes positively to learning motivation. Parental support contributes directly to learning outcomes mathematical and indirectly contributes positively to learning motivation

    ANALISIS BUKU SEKOLAH ELEKTRONIK (BSE) KELAS VII SMP PELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DITINJAU DARI IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah konsep dalam tiap-tiap bab, sub bab, dan sub-sub bab buku sekolah elektronik kelas VII SMP/MTs sudah dikenalkan secara kontekstual. Untuk itu diambil semua buku BSE kelas VII yang ada yang berjumlah empat judul. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan melihat penyajian konsep pada awal bab, sub bab, dan sub-sub yang sudah dikenalkan secara kontekstual atau tidak, serta melihat kesesuaian masalah kontekstual yang diberikan dengan konsep dan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Buku yang berjudul Matematika ‘Contextual Teaching and Learning’ yang ditulis oleh Atik Wintarti, dkk. mempunyai persentase pengenalan konsep secara kontekstual paling tinggi (42,99%). Buku dengan judul ‘Matematika konsep dan Aplikasinya’ yang ditulis oleh Dewi Nuharini dan Tri Wahyuni paling banyak kedua (27,36%), Buku yang ditulis Dame Rosida Manik dengan judul ‘Penunjang Belajar Matematika’ mempunyai 23,03%. Sedangkan buku yang berjudul ‘Pegangan Belajar Matematika’ yang ditulis oleh A. Wagiyo, dkk. memiliki persentase contextual problem paling rendah yaitu 17,14%, ini berarti dari keempat buku belum maksimal dalam mengenalkan konsep secara kontekstual. Dari masalah kontekstual yang diberikan sebagian besar sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. (2) Ada 31 Bab dari empat buku, 64,52% yang dikenalkan secara kontestual. Total Sub Bab ada 153 dan 22,22% yang dikenalkan secara kontekstual. Sedangkan dari total 394 Sub-sub Bab dari keempat buku hanya 26,14% yang dikenalkan secara kontekstual. (3) Buku Atik Wintarti dan A Wagiyo mempunyai kekurangan dalam mengenalkan konsep secara kontekstual pada aspek geometri, buku Dewi Nuharini pada bilangan dan aljabar, sedangkan buku Dame Rosida Manik pada aljabar dan geometri

    The research is aimed to: (1) examine the contribution of learning motivation, learning facilities and how parents educate to the result of learning independence (2) examine the contribution of learning independence to the result of learning mathematics. and (3) examine the contribution of learning motivation, learning facilities and how parents educate to the learning independence and the impact to the result of learning mathematics indirectly through learning independence. The type of this research is quantitative research. The popullation is 302 and the sample of the research is about 172 students determined from Slovin formula. The technique of sampling is using portional random sampling. The technique of collecting data is using questionnairre and documentation. The technique of analyzing data is using path analysis. The result of this research shows: (1)Motivation, facilities and how parents educate contribute to learning independence. Partially motivation directly contributes to independence about 15,6%. Facilities contribute directly to independence about 19,9%. How parents eduvate is contributing to independence about 18,3%. (2) Learning independence contributes to the result of learning mathematics aboit 1,7%. (3) Motivation, facilities and how parents educate contributes to the result of learning mathematics through learning independence. Partially, motivation contributes directly to the result of learning mathematics and indirectly contributes positively to learning independence. Facilities contribute directly to the result of learning mmathematics and indirectly do not contribute through learning independence. How parents educate is contributing to the result of learning mathematics and indirectly contributes positively through learning independence

    Relationship between Transformational Leadership, Compensation, and Organizational Climate with Teachers' Performance

    Efforts to improve school quality are carried out by increasing discipline, motivation, job satisfaction, teacher performance, and school performance by taking into account the Organizational Climate factor. The objectives of this study (1) Describe the relationship between Transformational Leadership (X1) and Teacher Performance (Y), (2) Describe the Relationship between Compensation (X2) and Teacher Performance (Y), (3) Describe the Relationship between Organizational Climate (X1) with Teacher Performance (Y),and (4) Describe the Relationship between Transformational Leadership, Compensation, and Organizational Climate with Teacher Performance. This type of research is a field research with a sample of 80 people spread across 8 schools in the city of Mataram. The data retrieval instrument in this study uses a questionnaire as the main tool in data retrieval. Analysis of the data used is the Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of data analysis using the SPSS program showed a significant correlation between transformational leadership variables and teacher performance significance variables Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000 <0,05. Significance value Sig. (2-tailed) between compensation variables with variable teacher performance is equal to 0.025 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant correlation between compensation variables with teacher performance variables. Significance value Sig. (2-tailed) between organizational climate variables with variable teacher performance of 0,000 <0,05, meaning that there is a significant correlation between organizational climate variables with teacher performance variables. This study aims at analyze and test: (1) the influence of learning model on learning mathematics outcomes. (2) the influence of students’ motivation on learning mathematics outcomes. (3) the existence of interactions between teaching model and students’ motivation on learning mathematics outcomes. This study is a quantitative research with quasi-experimental research design. The population of this study is 248 students of 7th grade of SMP N 2 Colomadu, Two classes were chosen for the sample of this study by cluster random sampling. The first class was treated using Student Team Achievement Division model and the second class was treated using Two Stay–Two Stray model. The data collection was conducted using test, questionnaire, and documentation. Morever, the data was analized using different number of cell analysis of variance with 5% significance level. The conclusion are: (1) there is influence of learning model on learning mathematics outcomes, Student Team Achievement Division a give better learning outcomes of Two Stay–Two Stray.     The problem of the difficulty of his students understand mathematical materials such as HOTS-shaped matter taken from social arithmetic material, resulting in students make mistakes in solving the problem. Through the analysis of newman error will be obtained a detailed picture of the mistakes made by students and the factors that cause errors. This study aims to describe errors made by students in solving the problem of HOTS social arithmetic material and describe the factors that cause the error. The type and design of this research is descriptive qualitative research, involving 31 students of class VII J SMP Negeri 2 Mojolaban. Technique data that is done is test and interview method. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Validity of data using triangulation technique that is from test result and interview. Result of research indicate that type of error tends to be done by student, (1) analyze aspect that is transformation error and process skill mistake, (2) evaluate aspect that is error of understanding and mistake of transformation, while (3) aspect create transformation mistake. Factors that cause errors are (1) aspects of analysis: not exactly in choosing the operation used the problem, the accuracy of students who are still lacking and the students are less careful in doing the calculations. (2) aspects of evaluating: students do not master the prerequisite material well, forgot to write a profit formula and students do not know the percentage formula profit. (3) the aspect of creating the cause is the difficulty in the calculation process

    PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT KECAMATAN PAGELARAN PRINGSEWU, SEBAGAI KAWASAN MINAPOLITAN

    Kecamatan Pagelaran Kabupaten Pringsewu merupakan sentra produksi ikan air tawar di Lampung, dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai kawasan minapolitan. Bekerja sama dengan DPRPM Kemenristek Dikti dan BP KKN Unila, dilaksanakan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN PPM) untuk memberdayakan masyarakat kecamatan Pagelaran Pringsewu sebagai kawasan Minapolitan. Tujuan kegiatan KKN-PPM di Kecamatan Pagelaran, KabupatenPringsewu adalah (i) meningkatkan empati dan kepedulian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat, (ii) mengaplikasikan teknologi pengolahan pakan ikan berbahan baku lokal, (iii) meningkatkan pengetahuan pembudidaya ikan tentang sistem budidaya ikan yang baik dan maju, serta (vi) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk mengolah produk-produk pangan berbahan baku ikan. Program KKN PPM yang dilaksanakan meliputi kegiatan transfer pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam bentuk penyuluhan dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat di sekitar lokasi KKN di Kecamatan Pagelaran Pringsewu yang meliputi 5 Pekon (desa), yaitu Pekon Panutan, Pekon Patoman, Pekon Lugusari, Pekon Pagelaran dan Pekon Sukaratu.     PREDICTION FOR COOPERATIVE CREDIT ELIGIBILITY USING DATA MINING CLASSIFICATION WITH C4.5 ALGORITHM

    BMT Artha Mandiri is a cooperative that provides savings and loans services. In providing credit, BMT Artha Mandiri still uses the manual method, namely by looking at the ledger and history of each customer, to find out whether the applicant is worthy or not worthy of credit so that it is not effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to make an application that can predict whether a prospective customer is eligible or not to be given credit. Predictions are made using the data mining classification method, namely the C4.5 algorithm based on the supporting data each customer has to classify which factors have the most influence on the level of credit payments in the cooperative. In a built application, the C4.5 algorithm produces a decision tree that is easy to interpret based on the existing variables. In the application, there are features that can be used to make decisions about customers who will apply for credit at the cooperative. The blackbox test results on the application show that the application has been able to run as expected, while the results of the algorithm test also show that the application has been able to implement the C4.5 algorithm correctly. In addition, the results of testing for accuracy show that the maximum average value of Accuracy is 79.19%

    Penelitian ini mempunyai fokus pada kesalahan yang dilakukan mahasiswa dalam membuktikan suatu masalah dalam struktur aljabar. Secara umum kesalahan yang dilakukan adalah kesalahan penalaran yang terkait dengan cara berfikir mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memetakan kesalahan-kesalahan umum yang dilakukan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah dalam aljabar abstrak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subyek penelitian yaitu pekerjaan 101 mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Struktur Aljabar Abstrak. Tugas-tugas dan hasil ujian mahasiswa dianalisa setiap langkah pengerjaannya. Beberapa kesalahan penalaran yang ditemuka dikategorikan menjadi empat: (1) Kesalahan penggunaan contoh dalam pembuktian (2) Penggunaan asumsi yang tidak tepat (3) Pembuktian biimplikasi yang tidak lengkap (4) Penggunaan definisi yang tidak tepat
